Midlothian Council are seeking a provider to source, supply and install advertising on Council fleet and roadside. The Authority have a fleet of 18 Refuse collection vehicles which operate throughout Midlothian, covering every community on a weekly basis. The Authority is also seeking interest in roadside advertising, this is initially being considered on the A7 and A701 corridor. These roads each have approximately 20,000 vehicles passing along them each way on a daily basis.
