Additionally, successful bidders may improve their local presence and contribute to community benefits through associated events. ## Notice The requirement is to appoint suitably qualified and experience contractor(s) on to a framework agreement for the service, maintenance, repair and installation of lifts along with ancillary equipment. ### Lot Information Service, Maintenance and Repair of Passenger/Goods Lifts The works shall comprise the Inspection, Testing, Certification, written reporting and subsequent servicing and maintenance of the Lifts and associated equipment within the Purchaser(s) properties, along with minor and urgent repair works which may have not been foreseen. Renewal: The Purchaser shall have the option to extending the framework agreement (either singly or in phases) for a further period (or periods) of up to two years after the expiry of the term. Factors such as Market Condition, Contractor Performance and Purchasers' requirements will all be considered regarding the option to extend Installation of Passenger/Goods Lifts Installation of any new Passenger/Goods Lift Renewal: The Purchaser shall have the option to extending the framework agreement (either singly or in phases) for a further period (or periods) of up to two years after the expiry of the term.
