Lot 1

NHS Lothian requires to tender their service requirements for the inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance and repair for Fire, Security and Access systems. Within NHS Lothian Estates Department is responsible for the 24/7 planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment across approximately 150 properties including 6 main hospital sites. This tender is for maintenance of fire, intruder and CCTV Alarms across NHS Lothian covering Acute Hospitals, Community Hospitals, Health Centres and GP Surgeries. There a variety of systems in use across Lothian and this tender will be split into LOTS by geographical area Details of this equipment can be found in both the Asset List attached and the pricing schedule. This resulting contract will cover an initial three year period (1st April, 2019 to 31st March 2022) with an option to extend for two further 12 month periods up to a maximum of five year contract period and will be subject to NHS Lothian and NHS Tayside Combined Conditions of contract for the purchase of services (Dec 2017).
