### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Services required are to provide relevant asbestos surveys for both domestic and non-domestic properties including circulation spaces, solum space, floor voids, loft, roof / soffits / fascias, external plumbing elements and external outbuildings. All areas of a property within a defined site boundary will be surveyed. The types of surveys required will be management, refurbishment and demolition.

Renewal: Initial five calendar month period with option to extend on a monthly basis of no more than four calendar months i.e. up to 31 October 2019
