Lot 1

The internal auditor will be required to give an annual opinion to the Board on the adequacy and effectiveness of the arrangements for risk management, control and governance and for economy, efficiency and effectiveness (value for money)within Viewpoint, and the extent to which these arrangements can be relied upon.

Renewal: The initial 3 year contract may be extended by up to a further 2 years.
