There will be 13 self-contained flats with 13 tenants in total, 6 on the ground floor for people who use a wheelchair and 7 tenants on the 1st floor. A range of support may be required for people with a learning disability, mental health, physical disability and/or complex health needs. The provider would offer a 24 hour 'on call' support and be based within the building. The provider is expected to act as the double up for clients with care packages which offer this support. The care and support would be at times where there is unscheduled care and therefore also on an emergency basis. Some support may be sought for daily living in and out with the tenancy. The Service Provider will be a tenant and will have the responsibility to meet their own Health and Safety requirements for their employees. The Service provider will also have the responsibility to ensure on-site staff are trained to operate an evacuation lift.
