This is a Contract Award Notice and as such the procurement process has now ended. WES wished to engage with up to three suitably qualified and experienced individuals as external assessors to provide technical expertise during the assessment of applications to stage 3 of the Control Systems programme.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Individuals appointed as assessors will be required to: - Provide independent, impartial expert advice; - Participate in an online meeting at which the requirement of the competition and the assessment process will be explained. The online meeting will be held in advance of evaluating any applications to ensure all assessors understand the requirement of the stage gate and the assessment process, and to provide an opportunity to ask questions prior to receiving the applications for review. -Read and independently evaluate documentation from three (3) applications, covering both technical and commercial elements, following the guidance provided by WES; Submit evaluation scoring prior to an evaluation meeting; Participate in the evaluation meeting, in Inverness, to discuss the evaluation of the applications; -Attend project team interviews in Inverness. The interviews provide the project teams the opportunity to present their project and for assessors to query and clarify the project application. -Attend the selection meeting in Inverness; and, -Provide WES with written and verbal feedback/analysis of applications on completion of the evaluation process.
