### Lot Information

Lot 1

Linstone Housing intend to enter into a Measured Term Contract with a Single Contractor to undertake gutter cleaning services required during Year One (2018-2019), as described within the Pricing Matrices incorporated within Tender Document A. Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator's (Refer Tender Document H), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of three further years until 2023. The Contract is intended to commence on Monday 18th February 2019 and the anticipated Contract Value is not expected to exceed 60000 GBP per annum (excluding VAT).

Options: The requirement will also include reporting of any defects or faults encountered during the gutter cleaning services on the existing roof coverings, roof structures and disposal systems. The Contractor may also be required to undertake minor roof repair works including remaking joints, replacing missing or misaligned rainwater brackets or offsets, unblocking choked drains and pipes and replacing missing or damaged tiles.
