Clackmannanshire Council (CC) are currently using a GIS Solution provided by thinkWhere. This has been a combination of desktop and web GIS, with it being used across multiple Council service areas.The Council's plans for GIS include the following priorities:Adoption of an end to end GIS platform delivering desktop, web and mobile capability.Self-serve web GIS applications to support staff across departments.Self-serve web applications to support citizens and partners in the communityImproved spatial data management approaches to improve the currency and accuracy of, and confidence in, the Council's data.A solution that provides flexibility and value for money.A solution that adheres to open standards.We require a cost-effective solution that will allow us to deliver an improved service to our staff, citizens and partners in the region. It is vital that the new solution provides us with web GIS mapping functionality that allow our citizens to self-serve information, such as who their Local Councillor is, refuge collection days, as well as report issues in geography, for example graffiti.We welcome innovation around using GIS to solve problems common to Local Authority service delivery.You nee to return your submission by return by 17th January 2019.You will be expected to demonstrate your solution w/c 21st January 2019 and we will seek to make a contract award by 31st January 2019.
