Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.

Aberdeen, Grampians, Highlands & Islands
