HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following requirements, whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds. Phase 1: Design and Build of a learning programme - Market trends and Information:Partnership working: Learning journeys and international best practice: Marketing your offering Phase 2 Management and Delivery Following agreement by the HIE Project Team of the module content and learning outcomes, the supplier will be expected to deliver the programme to 3 cohorts, commencing Autumn of 2019. Two cohorts, will be drawn from the Highlands and Islands area, with a third from the South of Scotland.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: It is expected that these services will be required from March 2019 for an initial period of 2 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
