If interested please confirm by emailing Christina.fraser@west-dunbarton.gov.uk and you will be invited to quote. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The successful supplier/s will provide catering services for events held at the Town Hall with a focus on sit down meals and silver service. The provision of bar services for events, civic hospitality and buffets for small scale events, meetings and conferences is not included in the contract and will continue to be provided by the in-house team. The nature of the events held at the Town Hall means that typically these are booked months if not years in advance. On occasion, it may be necessary for the contractor to respond at short notice to requests which are only received weeks in advance. Catering services will incorporate hot and cold meals prepared using fresh, quality ingredients to a high professional standard and suitable for a variety of dietary, cultural and religious requirements.
