The scope of the landscaping contract is defined within the documents, which in summary includes: - Soft landscaping areas - Hard landscaping areas - Winter weather activities The contractor shall: - Provide a maintenance programme to cover the specification identified within this document - Provide a monthly management report detailing scheduled works undertaken, works reports, effectiveness of past operations, defects identified and recommendations - Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with statutory legislation, advice and guidance.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: The client may choose to modify this contract, where for example increases or decreases in grass cutting or winter weather activities are required.

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.
