### Lot Information

Lot 1

Direct Award of a contract under the Scotland Excel Heavy and Municipal Vehicles Framework Agreement 03/17 for Provision of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs), Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) and associated services. Imperial Commercials are the appointed Build Coordinator for the vehicle components required under Lot 1 (Chassis), Lot 2 (Hook Lifts), Lot 8 (Bodies for refuse collection vehicles) and Lot 11 (Bin lifts) of the Framework Agreement. The nominated sub-contractors are: Logan Inglis Limited (Lot 2), Farid Hillend Engineering Limited (Lot 8), Dennis Eagle Limited (Lot 11). The Contract is effective from the date of contract award is concluded and will be in place to cover the build period and delivery for all vehicles required (8 months approximately), followed by a minimum warranty period of 36 months with two optional extensions of up to twelve months for extended warranty options for each vehicle required.
