## Notice

JBG invites tenders for the year-round provision of scheduled and ad hoc Ground Maintenance Services in respect of Hard and Soft Landscapes at multiple sites across its property portfolio. The services shall contribute to maintaining and enhancing the proper functionality and aesthetic appearance of the property portfolio. The scope of the requirement includes grassed areas, hedges, shrub beds, hard landscape areas, and trees.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

In respect of Hard and Soft Landscape Areas, the Service Provider shall provide services that contribute to maintaining and enhancing the functionality and appearance of the property portfolio. Without being limited to the following, the requirement includes: the regular maintenance of grassed areas, hedges, and shrub beds; the reinstatement of grassed areas and/or shrubberies; the regular maintenance of hard landscape areas; the maintenance of adequate and effective drainage in respect of soakaways (e.g. monoblock); the surveying of trees; the maintenance of trees including pruning, crown raising, crown thinning, and crown reduction; the removal and disposal of trees; and the removal and appropriate disposal of debris, leaves, rubbish, rubble, and other material detrimental to the appearance and/or functionality of the site. The Service Provider shall be responsible for service planning, service performance, and any other matters relevant to fulfilling the requirement. In addition to scheduled provision, the Service Provider shall also be responsible for performing ad hoc services in response to JBG's requirements.. Please see the Invitation to Tender Document.

Renewal: JBG shall have the annual option to extend the contract for an additional year, up to a maximum of 2 additional years (i.e. the maximum extension shall be to 31/03/23). All dates are inclusive.
