## Summary

MainStreet Consulting is facilitating a public procurement process for "Tenancy Sustainment and Welfare Rights/Budgeting Services" located in West Lothian, UK. This open tender aims to provide essential services that support tenants in managing their finances, especially in light of the Welfare Benefit Reform and Universal Credit. The tender period ends on 5 March 2019, with the award period commencing on 6 March 2019. The services are expected to address various needs such as budgeting, debt management, and access to employment opportunities, with a contract period spanning from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in social services, financial advisory, and welfare rights, particularly those with experience managing tenancy-related challenges. Companies capable of offering one-on-one advice, financial education, and collaboration with housing authorities will be well-positioned to compete effectively. The inclusion of renewable contract options may also encourage bidding from established firms looking for long-term partnerships in supporting community welfare and housing sustainability.
