Options: This will be a framework with call offs for specific requirements.

Renewal: This Framework Agreement may be extended by two 12-month periods. This extension is subject to continued business need and funding, to satisfactory performance of the Contractor during delivery, and to agreement by both parties, in writing and a minimum of ten (10) working days in advance of the relevant conclusion date.
