The significant change is that it is now advertised as following a "Restricted procedure: accelerated procedure". Other changes are primarily restricted to layout, grammar and minor wording changes in this Contract Notice, the Contract Notice Accompanying Document (available in the "visible to suppliers" part of PCS-t) and the ESPD. The requirement remains substantially the same.
