Lot 1

Fife Council is looking to engage with a Contractor, who will provide EPC's and Energy Audit Reports for around 168 sites with an approximate total conditioned floor area of about 500,019m2, over a period of 2 years. There will be an option to extend for 1 year to provide EPC's and Energy Audit Reports for around 54 sites with a total conditioned floor area of about 63,638m2; plus one further 1 year for a further 20 or so sites with a total conditioned floor area of 71,118m2.

Options: Contract for 24 months with option to extend for further 12 months plus a further 12 months
