Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8&9 of the Procurement (Scot) Reg 2016. Bidders require to advise if they intend to subcontract any share of the contract to third parties & to list any subcontractors that they propose to use to ensure all third parties comply with the requirements of Tender (2D.1 ESPD).

Renewal: Option to extend for 12 months
