Civil Engineering Works with a single project value of up to GBP250000

Civil Engineering Works with a single project value of up to GBP250000 including: Downtakings; Excavation and Earthworks; Concrete Works; Formworks; Masonry; Coated Macadam/Asphalt/Pavings; External Services; Landscaping; and Builder's Works.

Renewal: The Purchaser shall have the option to extend the contract (either singly or in phases) for the further periods (or periods) of up to one year after the expiry of the term. factors such as Market Condition, Contractor Performance and Purchasers' requirements will all be considered regarding the option to extend.

General Structural Building Work and Concrete Repair, including: the supply and installation of precast concrete lintels and sills, proprietary concrete repairs, protective coatings to concrete and steelwork, structural waterproofing and underpinning as structural repairs to domestic and non-domestic properties

Renewal: The Purchaser shall have the option to extending the framework agreement (either singly or in phases) for a further period (or periods) of up to one year after the expiry of the term. Emergency Civil Engineering Works
