SW would be looking to enter into a licence based partnership which should provide full system support for the duration of the partnership, including contributions to change planning, carrying out a full training programme and providing training materials for SW staff to access through a variety of media. The successful supplier would also be expected to provide robust project management during project initiation and system implementation.
