Any application of or reference to other Regulations unless clearly identified is not to be implied and should not be construed as applying any of them to the exercise or bringing any of them into force. Tenderers are asked to note that Regulation 75(2) of the Regulations applies to this exercise. Accordingly, this service will be awarded to parties already identified using a form of the negotiated procedure developed in accordance with Regulation 76(8) of the Regulations.
