In satisfying this requirement they shall operate a fully managed Cleaning Service, which will meet the requirements identified in the Specification. The contractor is also required to provide Internal High-Level Cleaning together with the Internal Window Cleaning Service.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
