A fully operational Domestic Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detection system shall be provided within domestic accommodation in compliance with BS5839-6: 2013, Grade 'D', Category 'LD2' for general housing and 'LD1' for wheelchair & amenities housing. The contractor shall design, install, test and certify the Fire and Carbon monoxide detection system within each domestic property covering all rooms or areas that present a high risk of fire and all circulation areas that form part of the escape route.

Muirhouse Housing Association

A fully operational Domestic Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detection system shall be provided within domestic accommodation. The contractor shall design, install, test and certify the Fire and Carbon monoxide detection system within each domestic property covering all rooms or areas that present a high risk of fire and all circulation areas that form part of the escape route. Full scope and volume of this lot is still to be determined. The association has 570 stock which could be included, however there is no guarantee, this lot can be withdrawn. Prospect Community Housing

A fully operational Domestic Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detection system shall be provided within domestic accommodation. The contractor shall design, install, test and certify the Fire and Carbon monoxide detection system within each domestic property covering all rooms or areas that present a high risk of fire and all circulation areas that form part of the escape route. Full scope and volume of this lot is still to be determined. The association has 900 stock which could be included, however there is no guarantee, this lot can be withdrawn. West Granton Housing Co-op

A fully operational Domestic Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detection system shall be provided within domestic accommodation. The contractor shall design, install, test and certify the Fire and Carbon monoxide detection system within each domestic property covering all rooms or areas that present a high risk of fire and all circulation areas that form part of the escape route. Full scope and volume of this lot is still to be determined. The association has 372 stock which could be included, however there is no guarantee, this lot can be withdrawn. Hunter Hall Housing Co-op

A fully operational Domestic Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detection system shall be provided within domestic accommodation. The contractor shall design, install, test and certify the Fire and Carbon monoxide detection system within each domestic property covering all rooms or areas that present a high risk of fire and all circulation areas that form part of the escape route. Full scope and volume of this lot is still to be determined. The association has 201 stock which could be included, however there is no guarantee, this lot can be withdrawn. Manor Estates

A fully operational Domestic Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detection system shall be provided within domestic accommodation. Full scope and volume of this lot is still to be determined. The association has 1700 stock which could be included, however there is no guarantee, this lot can be withdrawn. Viewpoint
