### Lot Information

Lot 1

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to allow Bield to select a suitable Service Provider for the provision of External Audit Services. The contract will be awarded for a period of 7 years however performance will be reviewed annually. Subject to satisfactory performance, Bield's members will formally re-appoint the successful supplier each year at Bield's AGM which normally takes place in September. The contract will commence on 1 October 2019. The first audit to take place will be in relation to the financial statements ending 31 March 2020. Bield is seeking to appoint a high quality provider with experience of providing external services to the RSL sector. The successful provider is expected to provide high standards of professional service, excellent value for money and add value to Bield's services.

Renewal: Annual renewal will be based on satisfactory performance during the previous year's audit. The level of performance will be assessed by Bield's Performance & Audit Committee
