## Notice

To support creation of a funding application we require the services of a professional Construction Project Manager (PM), preferably with experience in the FE/HE sector with emphasis on biological sciences and animal sciences. The role will be required to deliver the following key activities:* Provide sufficient resources with the appropriate level of skills and expertise to support to SRUC's internal project team.* Support the procurement and management of a multidisciplinary design team;* Work alongside SRUC's internal project team in managing the RIBA work stages of the project, specifically: 1. Undertaking a detailed options study that considers the range of options for delivering a Schedule of Accommodation that takes into account site constraints and other relevant briefing information to identify a preferred option. 2. Developing the preferred option to end of RIBA work stage 2, Concept Design. The outcomes of which will be used to inform the funding application.
