## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

HIE requires suitably qualified, creative and experienced consultancy to provide the following requirements, whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds. The successful supplier will support the development and successful running of 4 social entrepreneurship hubs across the Highlands and Islands region. Each hub will run for 18 months and will require a flexible approach to delivery. A combination of face-to-face and digital support is anticipated, this requirement will be scoped by the needs of the individual participants. As a result, the hubs will be bespoke to each geographical area, ensuring that they offer the most appropriate entrepreneurial support to the individuals participating in the programme. The content of the hub programme/s will be developed in close conjunction and in agreement with HIE.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 2 years and 4 months.
