The appointed contractor will deliver the following activities: A kick off meeting to establish who we should be meeting and when to get a stronger understanding of the ongoing projects; Individual one-to-one meetings with project leads to obtain updates on progress and risks, either in person or via conference call depending on availability; Continued stakeholder engagement through weekly meetings and updates; Collaborative development of deliverables to ensure they are tailored to match your requirements and expectations; Defining roles and responsibilities for the Estates Transformation Programme; Identifying gaps in resource and highlighting areas which require additional capacity and focus; Design proposed governance structure and reporting procedures; and, Analyse key risks, impacts and mitigating actions..
