Details of navigation aids are set out in the procurement documents. Co-ordinate the schedule for flight inspections, in consultation with HIAL, to ensure that all facilities are inspected within the regulatory timeframe and in the most cost effective manner. Non-routine and emergency flight inspections of all applicable navigational aids and AGL, as required by HIAL, in accordance with an agreed mobilisation criteria for non-routine/emergency inspections. HIAL may request Service Providers to carry out commissioning flight inspections of new navigational aids. The ability to carry out commissioning flight inspections is not mandatory. Options: The contract will include options for HIAL to purchase emergency flight inspection services, non-routine flight inspection services, and commissioning flight inspections.
