It should be noted that where Lot 2 requires scaffolding to be in place the contract may be extended further up to a further 12 months; where the value of spend has not been exceeded i.e. 4.55M GBP total. Tenderers will be evaluated using a weighing of 60% price / 40% quality, based on the most advantageous tenders (MEAT). It is the councils intention to award the most competent companies who will commit to and work with the council, making sure our scaffolding needs continue to be met throughout the life of the framework.
