The Authority wishes to enter into a Contract with a suitably skilled, experienced and resourced back-up Contractor for the Repair of its Void Housing Property. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Authority wishes to enter into a Contract with a suitably skilled, experienced and resourced back-up Contractor for the Repair of its Void Housing Property. 'Void Property Works' shall mean any, repairs, renewals, reinstatement, replacement, internal redecoration, cleaning and clearing out ordered in accordance with the provisions of the Contract arising as a result of a change of tenancy. The Void Property Works comprise joinery, plumbing work, electrical work, builders work, tiler work and on occasion painter work to void houses. The Void Property Works may take place to any or all of the Authorities Property.
