A framework agreement is a contract held with multiple suppliers, in essence it creates a reliable database of capable suppliers which can then be instructed by the Council when needed. Under this framework it is hoped we will obtain a number of suppliers with varying experience, specialities and knowledge, as to ensure there are no gaps in the provision.
