The Purchaser is seeking technical support to assist in conducting a further economic appraisal to identify and evaluate potential options for the future location of its headquarters office. The first option appraisal was carried out in November 2016 and is no longer current. The Purchaser has worked with the Smarter Workplaces Programme (SWP) established by Scottish Government and Scottish Futures Trust. This programme has been set up to deliver a more strategic approach to the office estate of the Scottish Government and its associated public bodies. This work, along with the first option appraisal produced an initial statement of requirements for the headquarters office.
