The Agency operates independently and impartially whilst remaining directly accountable to Scottish Ministers.AiB operates three separate IT systems to manage its range of products. These are web portals where all stakeholders have access to the systems which are controlled by AiB.BASYS is used to manage bankruptcy cases including those administered by Private Trustees, the AiB as Trustee and Providers acting on AiB's behalf. PTDs are administered by Trustees using ASTRA whilst DAS cases will be managed through the eDEN system from 01 July 2019.
