## Summary

The City of Edinburgh Council is initiating a procurement process for a new "Partnership Website" aimed at enhancing health and social care service delivery. The procurement, categorised under services, is currently in the planning stage with an estimated value of £20,000. Key deadlines include a future notice date of 29 March 2019, and interested parties should refer to the procurement notice for further details. The project is located in Edinburgh, with the Council seeking to replace an outdated website established in 2014 to improve user interactivity and accessibility.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in web development, particularly those with expertise in creating user-friendly interfaces and robust service delivery systems. Companies adept at integrating interactive forms, payment functionalities, and self-service models will be well-suited to compete for this project. Given the emphasis on a coherent digital strategy for health and social care services, businesses that can align with the aspirations of the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership will have a competitive advantage.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership deliver health and social care services in an integrated way. The ambition of the Partnership is to provide the right care at the right time in the right place, which means care should be delivered in people's own home or in a homely setting in the community. The Partnership's ambition is that People and organisations working together for a caring, healthier, safer Edinburgh and a coherent and well-designed website (and wider communications strategy) is a fundamental part of delivering this ambition. The current website for the Partnership has been in place since 2014 and has several limitations in terms of design and website structure. Therefore, the Council is seeking to procure a new website due to the fundamental limitations of the current website. The Partnership aspiration is that over the next two years wants to be able to provide customers with a self-service model, whereby forms ae automatically submitted to the current areas. The Council and NHS Lothian needs have the correct infrastructure in place to deliver this via the website, therefore, it is critical that any successful bidder can deliver a website that offers the following (but not limited to) at a future date: - The links to access staff / intranet portal - Interactive forms without manual interaction - Payment functionality - Customer accounts If you wish to be considered for this opportunity please register and interest.
