### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Battleby office is located four miles north of Perth and has approximately 110 staff, conference facilities for up to 160, plus 10 meeting rooms, with visitors travelling to and from Battleby continuously throughout the year. Bidders are invited to submit competitive tenders for the provision of a taxi service, as detailed in the attached Statement of Requirements and enclosed Tariff Sheet. SNH requires and expects a high quality service that is cost effective, reliable and flexible. Bidders must also complete the ESPD document attached to this notice.

Renewal: The contract will run for 3 years initially with the option of a maximum 2 year extension. Please note that the estimated contract value is based on a possible 5 year term.
