Lot 1

The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the Bills of Quantity. Supply and fit additional bathroom radiators into 9 individual properties as part of the existing sheltered housing heating system and boiler and controls. Properties No - 1, 6, 8, 9, 13, 14, 16, 17, & 18. NB, Properties 2 & 3, have requested to be omitted from the contract and No's - 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, and 12, 15 already have existing radiators so no works required. All as per drawing and specification M (56) 001 Rev. A Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. For access contact the warden at 01383 511149 Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval received. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price.
