### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Digitally Enabled Policing Programme (DEPP) was formed as part of the Policing 2026 Strategy as a collaborative and strategic programme of work being driven by the Scottish Police Authority and Police Scotland. DEPP is the overarching programme that has been formed to deliver digital technology solutions to everyday policing and aims to transform the Police service incrementally over the next ten (10) years, through improvements in service delivery, maximising both visibility and the time officers spend in their communities. . As part of DEPP, Core Operational Solutions (COS) is responsible for the delivery of a suite of applications that will transform how we manage information and deliver services. This includes, for example, investigating crimes, reporting cases, locating missing people and dealing with other critical operational policing enquiries. . The introduction of COS will enable officers to access and record operational information and evidence on a national basis more effectively, reducing rekeying and providing better insight into relevant information. . COS will deliver progressively on a modular basis over the next 2 to 3 years. Our emphasis has been on selecting and deploying solutions which are already proven and successful within policing.

Options: Optional Intelligence Module as detailed within the original ITT document.
