### Lot Information

Supply of 20 ebikes

Supply of 20 ebikes with GPS trackers. Each bike to be supplied and fitted with adjustable adult cycle helmet, bicycle lock with keys, hand pump and 6 x canisters of puncture sealant spray.

Supply and installation of bike storage

Supply, delivery and installation of bike storage for up to 4 ebikes securely.

Maintenance of 20 ebikes for a 12 month period

Maintenance of 20 ebikes for a 12 month period to include the following: 1) Collection from and return to site (or on site maintenance) 2) Parts 3) Labour 4) Training of a member of staff from each centre (potentially 5 centres) to maintain the ebikes (or payment for that member of staff to complete a recognised course)

Website development

Development, hosting and maintenance of website for 5 years that is also optimised for tablet and mobile devices) that contains the following information as a minimum: i. A landing page that provides information about the Formartine and Buchan Way, and about the provision of e-bikes for use around Ellon, Peterhead, Fraserburgh, and Mintlaw; ii. A page containing information about the e-bikes, the health benefits of e-bikes and cycling, hire costs, and the hire agreement; iii. An individualised page allocated to each hire centre that includes information about the centre (including a 'Contact Us' section), and about places of interest located near to each centre.

Supply, delivery and installation of shipping container as a bike workshop

Supply, delivery and installation of converted shipping container for the purposes of a bike maintenance workshop at the MACBI centre, Mintlaw. This container should be approximately 10 foot by 10 foot in size. Container should be fitted with the appropriate tools, workstand, electricity, heating source and lighting as well as being able to be securely locked when not in use.
