Invites to attendees (both internal and external) will automatically be generated and must update Outlook / Office 365 calendars as required. This will facilitate improved flexible working between buildings and remove the current need for various restrictive admin processes that are currently in place. - An automated reception solution that will reduce the need for manned reception areas and provide a better service to customers and visitors to ERC buildings. - The room booking and automated reception systems must integrate, without the need for manual intervention, in order add and update necessary information as required. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The scope of the project encompasses: -Provision of integrated room booking & management / automated reception system. -Single-sign-on setup for ERC staff within the provisioned system. -Provision of necessary administrator training and associated support documentation. -Assistance as required with initial setup and deployment -Provision of necessary Business/ICT administrator training and associated support documentation..
