The contract is in the form of an NEC3 Professional Services Short Contract with Z additional and amended clauses. The full scope of services is included in the Tender Documents as contained in the E-tender System (PCS-tender portal) and the work packages are summarised below: Inception The Consultant reviews all existing documentation relevant to the Glasgow Airport Access Project (GAAP) and develops the intended approach and methodology for delivering the services. People Mover Options Development - Short List Options The Consultant develops the short list of People Mover system options to support the GAAP Outline Business Case development. Outline Design Development - Preferred Option The Consultant develops an outline design for the preferred People Mover options to support GAAP Outline Business Case development. Operation and Maintenance Model Development The Consultant produces an operation and maintenance model for the preferred People Mover option to support GAAP Outline Business Case development. Scheme Delivery Programme The Consultant produces a detailed programme for overall delivery of the preferred People Mover option to completion to support GAAP Outline Business Case development. Risk Register Development The Consultant produces and maintains a risk register specific to People Mover design development. This will cover all relevant design aspects and clearly detail the resultant risks and related project implications to support GAAP Outline Business Case development. Scheme Visualisation (optional item) The Consultant produces a motioned graphical visualisation detailing the developed People Mover scheme to support Outline Business Case presentation. Options: Renfrewshire Council reserves the right to award a further contract for similar consultancy services to the appointed consultant with consideration to the Council's Standing Orders relating to Contracts and an assessment of best value.
