Replacement of all LV distribution boards with modern equivalents Provision of core containment routes through-out for these and future wiring works Rewiring & replacement of all lighting with LED source luminaires c/w localised automatic controls to current standards Replacement and/or adoption of emergency lighting to meet current standards Adoption and alteration of existing fire alarm system to match these proposals and current standards Adoption and rationalisation of small power to meets these and future needs Provision of external amenity lighting Provision of a new site wide CCTV system Provision of new lay-in ceiling systems within corridor areas Retention and reconnection of existing & remaining systems and equipment such as ICT, ventilation, kitchen equipment etc It is anticipated that the Invitation to Tender will be issued for this opportunity at the beginning of November 2019. It is anticipated that advance enabling works to commence in Easter Holiday period 2020 (approx 2 week duration) and main works to commence Summer Holiday period 2020 (approx 6 weeks duration).
