Contract Objectives -To support a Carer to have a break from caring to help them to continue in their caring role; -A break for the cared for person from the norm; Contract Outcomes The short break will provide facilities and interventions that promote People who use this service: -to feel and to be safe and secure; -to see people and engage socially; -to have things to do that they enjoy; -to inhabit a pleasant environment; -to experience everyday life as they wish; -to stay as well as they can; -They feel part of a community; and which are delivered in ways which clearly encourage Residents to feel that they are: -treated as an individual; -valued and respected; -listened to; -party to decisions about their care and support; -supported to live well and to plan for a good end of life; -able to have family and friends involved as they wish; -able to trust Provider's staff and to rely on them to respond appropriately; -afforded privacy
