North Ayrshire Council requires to appoint an external consultant for Clerk of Works Services for the ASN Campus and Respite and Residential Accommodation project. The ASN Campus and Respite and Residential Accommodation project is being managed through a DBDA contract being run by Hub SW Scotland on behalf of North Ayrshire Council. Whilst the Clerk of Works does not have a contractual role within the DBDA contract they will monitor the works on site on behalf of the Authority's Representative and provide the requisite reports as indicated in the Scope of Works Schedule A. The ASN Campus and Respite and Residential Accommodation project has the following contract particulars: - -Site Start - Expected to be July / August 2019 -Contract Type - HubSW DBDA project. -Contract Period - 70 weeks -Contract Sum - 26 million GBP - 21.5 million GBP ASN Campus, 4.5 million GBP respite and residential. Tenderers must have full membership of The Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of GB Inc.
