This project will deliver two individual offices at Rutherglen Links Business Park. Each of the two individual offices will have a different floorplate providing a GIA of 7,500 sqft (695sqm) over 2 storeys. The pavilions have been designed to a high quality with a sharp contemporary aesthetic and therefore require exemplary execution of construction detailing. The anticipated works cost is 3.7m GBP and works are programmed to start on site in May 2019 with an anticipated 9 month construction period. Renewal: In the event that Additional Services not identified within the general Scope of Services noted above and beyond the reasonable request of the Employer are required, these will be instructed in writing by CGDL and a fee agreed with the Consultant at the rates provided within the ITQ, prior to commencement of these Additional Services.
