The works shall include but are not restricted to: -Supply and erection of scaffolding -Strip roofs of all tiles, batons and defective sarking/insulation board -Renewal of all soffits and facia boards where required -Renewal of all rainwater goods -Fitting new breathable membrane -Fitting new batons and counter batons -Fitting vented eave and ridge system -Insulation of lofts to 300mm+ -Painting building exterior fabric (where indicated) -Provision of post-works Energy Performance Certificate
