The University will also be considering optional services such as assistance with transfer of existing content from old to new systems. User types will include Students, Academics, Professional Services and other staff. The provision will be placed on a SaaS basis (Software as a Service) and will be for a maximum period of ten years from commencement.

Renewal: Optional 7 x 12 month extensions for recurring annual costs associated with licensing, support and maintenance. Maximum total contract length of 10 years.
