## Summary

The Perth & Kinross Council is initiating a procurement process for a project titled "Supported Living Project," aimed at providing support for two young men with learning disabilities in a shared supported tenancy. This service will require 24/7 support, incorporating home support and day services, and is expected to be located within the Perth and Kinross Council area. The procurement is currently in the planning stage, with interested providers required to note their interest by 2nd May 2019. The anticipated value of the contract is £500,000, which is expected to last for an initial period of up to four years.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses that specialise in the provision of care services, particularly those experienced in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and requiring around-the-clock care. Companies that offer home support and day services, as well as those with capabilities for providing sleepover staff, would be well-suited to participate in this tender. Engaging in this contract could enhance a business's profile and experience in the health services sector, ultimately promoting growth in this specialised area of care.
