The successful Concessionaire will be required to deliver an engagement event programme offering variety of creative activities and/or entertainment that will attract and engage the public. Examples can include but are not limited to the provision of a festive market, licenced bar*, catering units, retail opportunities, activities, entertainment, etc. Following the appointment of the successful Concessionaire, Dundee City Council shall financially support development proposals and innovative opportunities leading to an established and successful annual event.
